Refund Policy for New Accounts
Each of ITS's web hosting plans carries a 30 day money back guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with our services within the first 30 days of your contract, you will be given a full refund of the contract amount excluding setup fees.
Setup fees are refundable for the following reasons only:
- the account order is cancelled prior to activation; or
- a new domain name was not available from the InterNIC
No refunds are available after the 30th day.
Additional services such as data transfer overages, disk space, pop accounts, domain registration fees, etc. are non-refundable.
All cancellations must be received in writing as per the deadlines indicated; regular mail, e-mail and fax notifications are all acceptable. Phone requests will not constitute acceptance of any cancellation.
Note there is an exception for any SharePoint or Exchange hosting accounts that renew on an annual basis.
Refund Policy for Renewals (Hosting)
All Renewals of web hosting contracts for three months or longer will be refunded if ITS is notified within the first 10 days following the renewal date. No refunds will be granted for notifications received after this date. There is no refund for accounts renewed on a monthly basis.
Additional products such as disk space and e-commerce are refundable if, within the first 10 days following account renewal, either of the following conditions exists:
- The hosting account is cancelled
- You cancel any additional products (disk space, e-commerce) under the hosting account
It is important for users to contact ITS at least 5 to 10 days before the renewal date to request non-renewal, cancellation, make any contract length changes, and upgrades/downgrades, etc. This will avoid double work for the renewal billing department and less confusion for you. Please note that contract length changes cannot be processed after the renewal date has passed.
If you know in advance you do not want to renew, you can e-mail Support anytime and the cancellation department can queue the account for deletion on the renewal date. All cancellations must be received in writing as per the deadlines indicated; e-mail, regular mail, and fax notifications are acceptable. Phone requests will not constitute acceptance of any cancellation.

Refund Policy for RapidMail
For the RapidMail plan, no refund is given on 3 month contracts or less. Otherwise, the RapidMail plan falls under the current refund policy above.
SharePoint and Exchange Hosting
SharePoint and Exchange accounts with an annual contract period are subject to a two-month early termination fee.
