What's New: Sony Offers Free Recycling

Sony's new Take Back Recycling Program will provide 150 locations by the end of the year for consumers to recycle Sony-branded electronics for free. Sony plans to have recycling centers within 95% of the US population. Electronics recycling has become a serious issue since large amounts of waste are deposited into landfills each year, and a lot of it is toxic...for example most CRT (tube) monitors contain lead.
