What's New: Blackberry Service Saved?

Today the US Patent Office rejected the patent at the heart of the patent lawsuit threatening to shut down the popular Blackberry wireless service. This new twist complicates matters since a Federal court has already ruled against Research In Motion, operator of the Blackberry service, based on the now-invalidated patent.
