What's New: Kazaa Settles File Sharing Suit

Kazaa, one of the higher profile file swapping services, has settled the two major copyright infringement cases against it. Kazaa would not reveal the settlement amount, but they have agreed to work with trade groups on developing legal distribution methods for music and movie files.
