Note: this page applies to extremely old account types. Please contact us for assistance for your account.

For current servers on which we host your email, webmail.your_domain is the correct path to access webmail.

The term "webmail" refers to e-mail that is accessible using a standard web browser (e.g. Mozilla Firefox or Internet Explorer). This allows customers with domain names to read their e-mail messages by either using popular POP3 e-mail clients (such as Microsoft Outlook or Qualcomm Eudora) or by logging into WebMail under your domain (that is, www.your_domain/webmail). E-mail messages can also be stored and filed online through the WebMail interface or brought down to the local computer by using an e-mail client application.

Note: Windows hosting accounts must use webmail.your_domain/webmail since the WebMail interface runs on a different server than www.your_domain.

WebMail's Interface

The user interface is completely user-friendly with easy-to-use on-line help. Further, the WebMail interface is designed for use by everyone from the e-mail newbie to the small business owner. POP3 e-mail users within a domain are able to access and send e-mail messages from any web browser, anywhere in the world. They can also store messages on the mail server instead of always downloading to a local desktop e-mail client.

Main Features

Some of WebMail's main features include:

  • Send e-mail messages to multiple recipients
  • On-line address book
  • Send and receive up to five file attachments per e-mail message
  • Automatically add a personal signature to outgoing e-mail messages
  • Create unique personal e-mail folders to help you archive or categorize your messages

WebMail is available to all our Windows and e-commerce hosting accounts.

Please also review our page on WebMail functionality for a discussion of topics such as maximum message size, attachments, folder size limits, and other items.
